J-Clean were friendly, helpful and professional throughout. They were accommodating when I had to change the date of the cleaning, and sent professional receipts for both the deposit and the work. The technician who visited our property was punctual, friendly, polite and tidy. We were given plenty of information about how long to leave the carpet and upholstery to dry, and the technician moved all our furniture out and put it back for us. The results were excellent and the (seven year old, cream) carpet and sofa look almost like new. The price was a bit higher than some companies - however, we have had a very bad experience in the past with a cheaper company and it is true that you get what you pay for! I will be using J-Clean again when we move in a few months and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled and honest carpet and upholstery cleaning service.
